Service Description: The polygon parcel layer is created from townships within Maine Revenue Services (MRS) unorganized territories as well as individual plantation and town parcel information within Land Use Planning Commission (LUPC) jurisdiction. The plantation and town parcel information is infrequently updated. The tax owner information is received from each town and plantation separately and could be as much as 5 years out of date.
